On The Dark Side (Remix)

There are certain moments in nature that take place and when they do you are either prepared to document them or they are lost forever. Luckily for us, we were recently presented a golden opportunity to capture one of those special moments on film. Cole loves to dance but is not always keen to strut his stuff in front of the camera. This past week he was feeling generous.

Below is the unedited rare footage captured this past week.

Big Boy Bed

Cole has always been tall for his age and in the past few months we have noticed that he was getting ever so close to climbing out of his crib. Mom and Dad would often catch him as we walked in the room or on the monitor with one leg over the side and Cole struggling to find the leverage to push himself over the top. He also almost flipped over head first at one point.

With that in mind... we figured it was time to make the move to the Big Boy Bed. Last weekend the family headed out to see "Neil With The Deal" (it was great... this guy "Won't be beat") and Cole picked out his own new bed.

It arrived yesterday. Cole loves it and the transition was very smooth (whew)!!

Here are some pics of the big boy and his bed.

Fallin for Fall

Well... Fall is officially upon us and we are into November. The past month has been filled with fall events - pumpkin patch, school harvest festival and of course, Halloween.

Cole was able to pick out his own costume this year and chose to be an Elephant (an elephant who can't eat peanuts... the boy knows his irony). He had a great time at all the events this past month and is looking forward to a fun holiday season.

Here are some highlights from the past months activities.
