Random Shots Before Vacation
Cole is gearing up for his big plane ride next weekend. The whole family vacation to Hawaii... 5 hours on a plane... he may very well walk the entire way up and down the aisle.
The weekend was spent preparing so no new pics or video were taken. Here are a few from recent weeks that never made it up on the site.

Baby Needs A New Pair Of Shoes
Cole has mastered walking (read: running!) - so much so that he has already worn out his first pair of shoes. Off to the store Mom and Dad went and came back with some serious "big boy" shoes. Not knowing how Cole would take to them, they were quick relieved when Cole strutted his stuff around the house, thrilled with his new kicks. The Simpson Family... errr Black Family
As many of you know, Cole's mom works for the big movie studio responsible for "The Simpson's Movie".
While she works on the DVD side of the business, the entire company has been very involved with this title. So much so that the work started to follow her home after she left the office.
When the entire family woke up the other morning something felt different. Not sure what it is yet but we will figure it out soon.
Here is a recent family portrait out in front of the house.

Too Cool For School
As Cole prepares to transition into the Young Toddler room at school this week he has been working on ways to assure he fits in with the slightly older crowd.
After much deliberation he settled on the one sure-fire way to let everyone know where he is coming from... Shades
